ArtGuideDenmark, which has roots all the way back to the Artists' House in Aarhus in 1992, is now an exhibition portal for all Nordic contemporary visual artists and craftsmen.

Creating a user profile on ArtGuideDenmark is free where you can update text as well as upload and share your art.

By contacting us you can get your free profile upgraded to a premium profile for only 350 DKK per year that gives you extra benefits:

• Special promotion of your profile on ArtGuideDenmark under premium artists
• Help with creating and continuously updating your profile (including text and images) when submitting content to us
• Support the operation and further development of the portal - the community thanks you!

You can cancel your premium profile at any time, which will not be renewed in the following year, but downgraded to a free profile. And you can have your profile deleted at any time.

The copyright of ArtGuideDenmark belongs to Cumedin ApS, Gammel Havn 7, 2. tv., 9000 Aalborg, Denmark, Tel.: +45 30 426384, [email protected], CVR: 26369460.

The copyright of the uploaded artworks belongs to the authors. The artworks loaded in ArtGuideDenmark may only be used for the following:

• Display on screens set up in private or public places
• Print on paper in up to two copies for users' own personal use

Any other use without specific agreement, including in particular digital or other copying for whatever media or purpose (including educational use), and whether commercial or non-commercial, is prohibited. Violation of the above terms involves a copyright infringement which entails claims for damages and penalties according to the rules of the copyright act.

ArtGuideDenmark does not accept libelous, racist, discriminatory, pornographic or otherwise offensive or promotional content. ArtGuideDenmark reserves the right to edit or delete content that is deemed to be in violation of Danish law or these terms. In addition, ArtGuideDenmark may delete you as a user and block your IP address if ArtGuideDenmark suspects that you are acting in violation of these terms.

If you add works of art whose rights do not belong to you, you must have permission from these rights holders before you add the works on ArtGuideDenmark.

Creating a profile that can be linked to another person or company is not allowed. Also, it is not allowed to disclose other people's email addresses, addresses, telephone numbers or other contact information.

ArtGuideDenmark reserves the right to display advertisements anywhere on the portal where we deem it appropriate. Email ads are only sent out in connection with newsletters and the like. Email addresses will not be disclosed to any third party without your active consent.
